Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete personal data that RedShift Digital, LLC (“RedShift Digital,” “we,” “us”) holds about you, including data we receive when you sign in to a RedShift Digital application using Facebook Login or any other Meta service.

If you would like all data we hold about you to be deleted, follow the steps below.

1. Request deletion by email

  1. Send an email to privacy@redshiftdigital.co from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  3. In the body, include:
    • Your full name
    • The email address on your RedShift Digital account
    • The Facebook user ID or Facebook account email you used to sign in (if applicable)
    • The name of the RedShift Digital application you connected to (for example, SimpleSuite, InsightMent, ActionStudio)

2. What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  • We will verify your identity by sending a one-time confirmation code to the email address on your account.
  • We will complete deletion within 30 days of verified request, or sooner where required by applicable law.
  • We will send written confirmation when deletion is complete.

3. What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we remove:

  • Your account profile and contact information
  • Any data we received from Meta through Facebook Login (name, email, profile ID, and any other permissions you granted)
  • Your authentication tokens and connection records
  • Marketing preferences and support correspondence
  • Any application-specific data tied to your account

4. What we may retain

We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business reasons:

  • Billing and tax records — retained up to 7 years to meet U.S. tax and accounting obligations
  • Anti-fraud and abuse-prevention records
  • Records we are required to keep by law, court order, or regulatory authority

These records are kept in the minimum form necessary and are not used to re-identify you.

5. Revoke Facebook Login access directly

You can also revoke a RedShift Digital application’s access to your Facebook data at any time, directly through Facebook:

  1. Sign in to Facebook
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  3. Find the RedShift Digital application in your list of active apps
  4. Click Remove

Revoking access through Facebook stops new data from being shared, but does not delete data we have already received. To delete that data, send the email request described in Section 1.
