How is this different from DISC or StrengthsFinder?
DISC measures personality type. StrengthsFinder maps your natural talents. The PPI measures how you perform across four behavioral domains that directly affect your work and growth. It is not about who you are — it is about how you operate. And because it can be retaken over time, it measures change, not just identity.
How long does the assessment take?
About 15 minutes for the full assessment. It is 60 questions on a 1–5 scale. Most people complete it in a single sitting without rushing.
Do I need to pay before I see any results?
No. The free version shows you your overall zone profile and your four domain scores immediately after you complete the assessment. The $25 upgrade unlocks the full 11-page report with deeper analysis, growth actions, and the PDF download.
Can I share my results with a coach?
Yes. The PDF report is designed to be shared. Coaches who work with the ASK System framework can use your results as the starting point for your engagement — giving them more context on day one than most coaches get in months.
Can I take it again?
Yes. You get one free retake per year as part of your assessment access. Most people find the retake at 6 or 12 months to be one of the most valuable things they do — seeing the delta between where you started and where you are now.
