AccuFlow.
Practice management for small medical and dental offices. Patient records, scheduling, billing, and treatment workflow — built for independent practices and small groups, not hospital systems. Currently in development with HIPAA-conscious architecture from day one.
The practice management software you can actually use.
Most practice management systems were built for hospitals and badly retrofitted for small practices. The result: software that costs more than it should, requires a dedicated admin to operate, and still leaves the front desk juggling three systems to check in a patient. The independent practice deserves better.
AccuFlow is being built to give independent medical and dental offices a practice management system that fits their actual scale — honest workflows, accessible pricing, real support. Patient records, scheduling, billing, and treatment notes living in one place, with the same database under all of it.
HIPAA compliance is non-negotiable and architected in from the start, not bolted on later. Built on the same SimpleSuite foundation as the rest of the RSD platform, with healthcare-specific surfaces tailored to how a small practice actually runs.
From discovery to live practices.
Four-stage roadmap. Healthcare moves carefully — we’d rather get the architecture right than ship a beta that compromises on compliance.
Discovery & compliance
Practice interviews, HIPAA architecture review, workflow mapping. The compliance bar is fixed before anything else moves.
Build
Core product development. Patient records and scheduling first; billing and treatment workflow second. Each surface validated against HIPAA requirements before it ships.
Beta
Closed beta with three to five partner practices — medical and dental. Real patient workflows, real billing cycles, real compliance scrutiny before public availability.
Launch
Public availability. BAA-ready onboarding. Pricing announced. Continued development against what the beta cohort surfaced.
Want early access?
If you run an independent medical or dental practice and want to be considered for the 2027 beta cohort, we want to talk. Beta practices get the product at no cost during beta and direct input on what gets built.
