DoneRight.
Job management for field services. Dispatch, work orders, route optimization, and customer history — built for plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, and the small fleets that show up at someone’s door. Currently in development with a target beta in early 2027.
The work happens at the customer’s house. The software should keep up.
Field services run on a strange stack: a scheduling whiteboard, a paper invoice book, a phone with a hundred customer text threads, and a truck full of parts that may or may not be the parts you need today. The work is honest. The software around it usually isn’t.
DoneRight is being built for the small fleet operator — the plumber with three trucks, the electrician with a partner and two apprentices, the HVAC company that knows every customer by name. Job dispatch, work orders, route planning, and customer history in one workspace, designed for the phone in the truck as much as the desktop in the office.
Built on the same SimpleSuite foundation as the rest of the RSD platform, with field-services surfaces that match the actual workflow — not the workflow a SaaS company thinks should exist.
From discovery to live trucks.
Four-stage roadmap. Mobile-first design and offline tolerance are non-negotiable — the work happens in basements and on rooftops, not at desks.
Discovery
Operator interviews, ride-alongs, mapping the actual workflow from “phone rings” to “invoice paid.” Understanding the offline edge cases that other field-services tools miss.
Build
Core product development. Job dispatch and work orders first; route planning and customer history second. Mobile and offline behavior are first-class concerns from the start.
Beta
Closed beta with five to ten partner fleets across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and landscaping. Real jobs, real trucks, real bad cell coverage — we want the product tested in the worst conditions.
Launch
Public availability. Onboarding playbook for new fleets. Pricing announced. Ongoing development based on what the beta operators surfaced.
